Reinforcement-resistant hammer drill bits with symmetrical, one-piece high-strength cemented carbide head with 4 cutting edges. Material quality and geometry ensure precise, smooth drilling.

No hooking in and running off centre

The symmetrical 4 x 90° cutting edge geometry prevents the hooking in or running off centre of the drill bit when striking reinforcement or hard pebbles in concrete.

Perfect drilling properties

  • Thanks to head geometry that is tailored to the drill bit diameter.

  • 5-16 mm: One-piece carbide element (Fig. 1) for a high degree of stability thanks to the maximised surface for connection with the steel body

  • 18-32 mm: Multi-piece cemented carbide element (Fig. 2) for faster drilling progress and improved buffering of the torsional forces thanks to the trisection design

Optimum guidance in drilled hole

Thanks to the drill geometry with 4 cutting edges and 4 spirals.

Constant drilling speed

Thanks to special head geometry

Precise drilling

Thanks to self-centring tip

Notice

Iron reinforcements may only be drilled through with permission from a structural engineer. With long drill bit lengths, pre-drill using a short drill bit of the same diameter.

The packaging unit defines the number of articles in one packaging. In the catalog segment you can choose from different packaging units if a pop-up menu is displayed.

Just leave the field empty if you don't know the packaging unit when directly entering the article number in the shopping basket or when importing with Easy-/VarioScan. The packaging unit will be determined automatically.
The article number is made up of the following: VVVVAAABBB
VVVV = 4 digits for prefix number (please note that the first digit is currently always 0)
AAA = 3 digits for dimension part 1
BBB = 3 digits for dimension part 2

Example article number structures:
Example 1: Screw with dimensions of 4x10 mm:
VVVVAAABBB
00574 10 (2 spaces between the 4 and the 10)

Example 2: Screw with dimensions of 10x20 mm:
VVVVAAABBB
005710 20 (1 space between the 10 and the 20)

Example 3: Flat washer with an internal diameter of 6 mm:
VVVVAAABBB
