Used to lock the camshaft phasers on the Ford 1.0 Ecoboost with timing chain
- For second generation Ford 1.0 l EcoBoost engines with timing chain from 2018 onwards
- Used to adjust/lock the camshafts
- Required to change the timing chain
- Special tools are only inserted into the camshaft solenoid valve bores after the end cap has been fitted
- Included in scope of delivery: 1x adjustment tool for exhaust camshaft (such as 303-1661-1), 1x adjustment tool for inlet camshaft (such as 303-1661-2) and 1x adjusting pin for camshaft adjustment wheel (such as 310-018)
Notice
Caution: The timing belt running in the oil bath was phased out and replaced by the timing chain
