Extremely high boring speed
Drilling capacity up to three times greater than that of competitor products thanks to innovative segment sintering process (CLEANTEC). The premium diamonds with extremely effective cutting edges are optimally and uniformly integrated into the segment, so diamonds will not come loose prematurely. The new Würth CLEANTEC technology delivers a unique, flexible diamond segment that is able to meet even the most demanding requirements in applications involving reinforced concrete.

Less resistance in the material
The segments, which are approx. 10% narrower than in competitor products, prevent unnecessary friction losses. This makes tapping easier too.
Viscoplastic yet high-strength segment connection
The special high-frequency induction process (HFI) significantly reduces the breakage of diamond segments from the drill bit (in contrast to other processes) — even in the most demanding of applications.
