COLDMELT® technology
The application of mechanical vibrations in the ultrasound range (20,500 Hz) sets the COLDMELT® anchors in motion. This causes them to melt at the contact points with the wood thanks to the resulting frictional heat, and bind with the porous structure of the wooden material.
- Drill a hole with the special drill (following the instructions)
- Clean the hole
- Insert the COLDMELT® anchor into the hole
- Ensure that the COLDMELT® anchor is seated securely by pressing firmly
- Apply the COLDMELT® device and bind the anchor to the panel
- The panel can be used for other purposes immediately
