An expert must remove the tyre, check its condition and carry out the final repairs as soon as possible.
For temporary repair of tubeless vehicle tyres.
Look for and remove the penetrating object (if it is still in the tyre) and ensure that the tyre pressure is max. 1 bar.
Apply vulcanising cement to the rasp tool and work into the affected area using up and down motions. Repeat two or three times.
Position the tyre repair plug centrally on the inlet probe and apply vulcanising cement to the special tip.
Press the tyre repair plug into the damaged opening until the ends protrude by around 2 cm out of the tyre.
Rotate the insert probe by 90° and remove carefully. Cut off the end of the plug and pump the tyre up to a pressure of 2 bar.
