Drill bit for alloy and stainless steels, titanium and its alloys, for steels resistant to acids, heat-resisting steels, high-strength steels (approx. 900–1000 N/mm2) and brittle steels.

Made of the finest high-speed steel.

Long working life even when used with hand drills.

Local hardening (starting from a diameter of 3.5 mm) provides excellent strength and toughness in the cutting part while keeping the shank ductile.

The shank will not slip or sustain damage in the chuck, reducing drill breakage rate.

Dimensional inspections take place between individual drill manufacturing operations.

Product quality is monitored on a continual basis to ensure excellent results.

Thanks to laser marking, drill clamping problems are eliminated.

Drill run-out and shank slippage in the chuck are eliminated.

Bronze coating prevents confusion with other drill bits.

You can be sure that you are using the right tool at all times.

Controlled lip relief angle for optimal guidance in the hole and for prevention of gouging.

The resulting holes are perfectly round and smooth.

Split-point geometry of the ground tip guarantees zero resistance of the chisel edge and proper guidance without the use of a centre punch.

Shorter drilling times and elimination of centre punch marking.

The closed flute design with a 35° helix angle for reliable chip removal was specially designed for drill bit application.

Thanks to constant cutting resistance forces, process times are not affected, friction does not increase and premature wear is eliminated.

Point angle of 130°.

Optimal engagement with minimum resistance force.

More robust drill body.

Improved resistance to vibration and bending when drilling deep holes, better breakage resistance.
