Notice

Store in a ventilated, cool, dry place at temperatures of between +5°C and +25°C. The guaranteed effectiveness of the product is within 12 months of manufacture.

Important:

Do not activate the can at temperatures above +25°C! During application, the can temperature should be within +10°C and +25°C. Failure to maintain this temperature may lead to an overall decline in foam quality. If the can temperature is less than +10°C, warm it up in a hot water bath while mixing the content.

Instructions
  • Clean the working surface to remove dust, grease and any other dirt

  • The recommended temperature range for application is +10°C to +25°C. The minimum ambient temperature for application is +5 °C. If the process takes place above the optimum temperature (+20°C), the temperature of the contents in the bottle should not differ from the ambient temperature by more than 5°C.

  • Before use, turn the screw at the bottom of the can in the direction indicated by the arrow. This opens the inner vessel containing the second component (hardening agent). Shake the can VIGOROUSLY for at least one minute. Once both components have properly mixed, the resulting foam will become green in colour. Then screw the plastic dispensing adapter onto the valve of the bottle. The working position of the bottle is upside down. The amount of foam released is controlled by squeezing the dispensing adapter lever. Start filling the gap from the bottom to the top; if the average size of the gap is more than 5 cm, it is recommended to only fill part of the space. Apply the foam within 6–7 minutes after the components have been mixed; after that, the foam inside the can cures as well.

  • Hardened foam can be cut using a cutter. The surface must be protected against prolonged exposure to UV radiation.

  • Fresh foam can be removed using a PU cleaner. Cured foam can only be removed using mechanical aids. If the work is interrupted for more than 10-15 minutes, the applicator must be cleaned with a PU cleaner.
