Venturi combi air spray set

Check the recommended dose of the brand of self-drying product being used, and the dose of bodywork cleaner required, then fit the appropriate dilution nozzles.

Spraying systems require regular servicing to operate correctly.

If the system stops sucking, check the following:

1) Check whether the calibration nozzle is blocked. If so, clean it or replace it

2) Check whether the non-return valve is stuck (stuck in the closed position = no suction of self-drying product; stuck in the open position = self-drying product container or drum filled with water)

If stuck, replace it

3) Check whether there is any air intake (suction pipe on the non-return valve or non-return valve not sealed)

If there is a drop in pressure:

1) Check whether a large consumer of water (e.g. car wash) is causing the spray system not to work properly. The operation is disrupted below 2 bar

2) Check whether the strainer seal at the water intake is obstructed. If so, replace it
