Rolled thread screws form female threads in cast blind holes, bonding points, drilled, laser machined and punched sheet metal parts. In the case of rolled threads, unlike notched threads, there is no disruption of the material structure in the counter-thread, but rather the material is displaced and strengthened by the crush.
Eliminates thread cutting
Saving money
Thread forming by means other than cutting
TRILOBULAR shaped screw combined with radial profile bearing surfaces
- Low threading torque with greater thread coverage on the supporting surfaces
High clamping forces
Large overlap of thread turns
High load capacity
Formed stress-hardened thread (nut thread)
Higher load capacity
Backlash-free self-locking threaded connection
- Less chance of screw loosening
Protection against loss
The thread formed is a standard metric thread
